Tearing out a wood and tile floor.Lots of mold under the wood due to water creeping in from the exterior windows. We are hoping to do polished concrete if the floor lets us. There's a ton of holes from carpet tack strips as well as random holes in the center part of the floor so its taking awhile to prepare this floor.
